Teamwork:

Button Pusher:
Open the secret compartment on the first try. To open the secret compartment on the Yacht, you must press the buttons to spell the name June. Geronimo:
Save a ghost... and yourself. Save the ghost of Ryan on the Yacht. Then jump off the Yacht to safety before it crashes. See our walkthrough here for more information: The Yacht Walkthrough - Blackwell Deception
Bullet Dodger:
Escape the yacht and only get shot once. Joey only needs to talk to the Ghost on the Yacht once, and that means he will only get shot once. So don't have Joey talk to the ghost again. See our walkthrough here for more information: The Yacht Walkthrough - Blackwell Deception
Ghosts of the Past:
Find all references to previous games in Rosa's Apartment. Just look at everything in her apartment that responds to a mouse-over. We found photos, more than one article, and a movie poster. These items are along the back wall and on both sides of the door to the apartment. There is also the teddy bear and the plants. Just keep checking stuff until the achievement unlocks.
Key Snatcher:

Out Of Sight:

Check Out The Competition:

Dumpster Diver:

Music Lover:

Still Got It:

Face Plant:

Take my Card:

Unbound:

Back from Beyond:

Blowey Mallone:
From the beginning of the game, try to use Joey's power on every person you see. He'll refuse some and accept others, but you will find everyone and unlock the achievement.
Listen Closely Now:
Turn on commentary and then start a new game. Play the entire game through while leaving the commentary on. After completing the game this achievement will unlock.
Medium Well Done:
Finish the game.
